Yeah, that’s how I am. Don’t spend too much time on cardio if you want to gain weight, but don’t completely neglect it either.

I know it’s not easy getting out of your comfort zone, pushing yourself to the ultimate limit, and doing things that will challenge you. When it comes down to it, just think of how much you will grow and change as a person to become stronger mentally and physically. Keep going. Never quit.
